In addition to offering multiple backing shapes, we also provide several different acrylic color options for our signs. Our signs come standard with clear acrylic, but we also offer white and black acrylic as additional color options.

The minimum size of your LED neon sign will depend on the complexity of your design. We need to ensure that we're able to bend the neon rope enough to match your design, and some designs may have a minimum size of 20cm, while others may have a minimum size of 150cm.

Because LED neon rope is flexible and can be shaped into a wide range of designs and shapes, we're able to create signs that are both large and small. However, in some cases, the details of your design may require a larger sign size to ensure that the neon rope can be bent and shaped properly.

If you're looking to use your new custom LED neon sign outdoors or in any location where it may be exposed to water, you will need to upgrade to a waterproofed sign for an additional $100. Our outdoor signage range is certified with an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning that it meets a certain standard of water and dustproofing/resistance.

Please note that while they are highly water-resistant, they are not designed for underwater use.

For indoor use, we offer standard LED neon signs that can also be used at outdoor events, parties, and other short-term applications in fair weather. However, it's important to note that our standard signs are not watertight and should not be exposed to wet weather, extreme temperatures, or locations where they may get wet.

If you purchased your sign through our instant quote tool, we will proceed straight to production without providing a design proof, unless you specifically request one.

However, if you are getting a custom quote for your LED neon sign, we will provide you with a mockup of your design before we start production. This mockup will be included with your quote, so you can see exactly what your sign will look like once it's completed.
